As this is the first post here, I thought I’d tell you a little about what you can expect to read in the future.

First off, it will come as no big surprise that we’ll be writing about technology and how it can benefit you, your business and your community.

We’ll also be penning our thoughts on business models, and how tailoring them to customers can help communities and businesses to realise their potential through the application of communications technology.

Finally we’d also like to use this blog as a place to comment on issues relevant to the information communications technology sector as a whole. It’s a big sector and there’s a lot to talk about!
