NextGenUs UK CIC and Fibrestream Limited ("The Companies") - Both in Administration
J W Butler of Redman Nichols Butler and F Devine of Devine Law were appointed joint administrators of the Companies on 13 April 2012. The affairs of the Companies are being managed by the joint administrators who act as agents of the Companies without personal liability.
Both companies were placed into administration following a petition to the courts by creditors over unpaid bills.
After an extensive search of interested parties, we are pleased to inform customers that buyers have been found for all networks and service to customers will continue. The quick sale was sanctioned by the judge who put the company into administration due to the potential disconnection of connectivity feeds to these networks by suppliers over unpaid bills and diminishing customers caused by uncertainty over the future of the company. Had this of happened while the company was in administration, the value of these networks would of significantly decreased thus reducing any settlement with creditors.
Details regarding the future of all networks are listed below.
Hull and the Ashby / Digby (Lincolnshire) Networks
Connexin, a supplier of home and business Voice Over IP services, has agreed to aquire the assets of both the wireless network serving Hull and surrounding areas along with the combined Ashby de la Launde fibre and Digby wireless networks in Lincolnshire. Connexin will be known to many subscribers as the recommended home phone service provider to these networks and will shortly be announcing expansion plans for both networks. Cumbria Network

Newton and Stape (North Yorkshire) Networks
Beeline Broadband Limited, owned and operated by Newton resident Billy Garrett, known to many in the area as the local first line support agent who managed the network for NextGenUs, has agreed to take over and continue service in both the Newton and Stape parishes within North Yorkshire.
All companies will shortly be in contact with customers to discuss the future, billing arrangements and any reconfiguration that may be required on your equipment.
